Deborah Bryant, has an M.A. in Educational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and has over 15 years’ experience in senior positions addressing the needs of disaster-affected communities and finding innovative solutions, in liaison with global and local interdisciplinary teams. This work has involved mapping, prototyping and scaling innovations and practices using both low and high tech solutions. She has seen the potential of local innovations as well as the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and has engaged in innovation ecosystem building and youth leadership development within sub-Saharan Africa. She has also co-developed resilience leadership development programs for adults globally.
